1. Filing a Takedown Notice
Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its exact location (URL) on INNERTEL.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate.

2. Counter-Notice
If you believe your Content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, INNERTEL maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
