Terms of Service

Welcome to INNERTEL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the INNERTEL platform, a cloud-native web operating system, including our social network, photo sharing, file hosting, and integrated AI services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering for an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use INNERTEL.

1. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years of age to register for an INNERTEL account.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access INNERTEL. You agree not to disclose your password or access tokens to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

INNERTEL allows you to post, upload, and share text, images, videos, and other materials ("Content").

  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos, files, social posts, and other content ("Content") you upload to INNERTEL.
  • License Grant: By uploading Content, you grant INNERTEL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license strictly to host, store, display, and facilitate the sharing of your content in accordance with the privacy settings you establish within your account.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the files you host and share. INNERTEL reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed legally actionable.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

INNERTEL is designed as a collaborative, interconnected ecosystem. You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute spam, malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the underlying architecture, integrated APIs, or database structures of the platform.
  • Engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or automated exploitation of the social network feeds or file directories.

4. AI Integration and Usage

INNERTEL incorporates artificial intelligence features. You agree not to use these features to generate misleading, harmful, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse AI resources or violate our Acceptable Use policies.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to ensure continuous access to the INNERTEL ecosystem. However, the Services may occasionally be suspended for server maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any major deprecation of core features, such as file hosting limitations or social API changes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the INNERTEL platform at any time, with or without cause, if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access INNERTEL OS and your stored files will immediately cease. We will provide a reasonable window for you to export your hosted files and photos prior to permanent account deletion, except in cases of severe security violations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INNERTEL and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or digital assets resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
